10 YEARS OF EMPOWERING ARTISTS OF COLOR
In Full Color is celebrating 10 years of empowering women, TGNC folx and other marginalized BIPOC artists!
Join us for the first In Full Color Arts Fest on Saturday, June 7 from 6 pm to 10 pm at the Barrow Mansion, 83 Wayne St., Downtown Jersey City, NJ. Ticketholders are free to come and go as they please through the night!
There will be pop-up performances by music, dance, poetry and theater artists from 6:30 to 8:30 and a dance party featuring DJ Lee Walker to close the evening. Guests will enjoy delicious light bites by local vendors, beer and wine cash bar and more. There will be a zinemaking workshop by Bodega Flower and crafts by RescuePoetix.
This program is supported by public funds from the Jersey City Arts and Culture Trust Fund. Content may include mature themes or strong language. Parental discretion advised. No alcohol will be served to anyone under 21. The venue is fully ADA compliant. ASL interpretation will be available. For accessibility needs, email summer@infullcolor.org.

AAPI Heritage Month Study Break & Karaoke Party - 5/9 from 1 to 2p
Join singers Will Bug and Vero Verano and dancer Anjali Mehta in this celebration of Asian artists. You'll also get to join in the fun and sing your own karaoke songs, taking part in a tradition key to many Asian cultures. Event is at NJCU, 2039 Kennedy Blvd., Gilligan Student Union Building, room 129. This event is FREE and open to the public, and is supported in part by funds from the Jersey City Arts and Culture Trust Fund.

Several NJ and NY artists shared original poetry and song, as well as excerpts from The Gaza Monologues created by Ashtar Theatre, a Palestinian theater company that compiled works by Gazan writers in 2010 and today in 2023. Performers presented primarily in English, as well as Spanish.
