Our new "how to destroy the patriarchy in seven days" wellness journal is a guide to breaking barriers -- your own and the world’s too!

Through a potent mix of poetry, art and introspective (but fun!) prompts, this book will help you become your best self so you can bravely fight the battle to end systemic oppression. (Because sometimes rebuilding and fixing a broken system needs to start within.)  While this book was created by BIPOC folx of marginalized genders, this process belongs to all of us -- all people of all genders and colors.

The wellness journal is a great gift for anyone looking to grow in areas like body image, openness to new experiences, connection with others, vision, altruism and advocacy -- even including yourself!

This 29-page book has gorgeous illustrations by Rachel Summer Cheong, Artistic Afro (Hiyasmine Gaskins) and Rita Flores. Authored and edited by Summer Dawn Reyes, the founder/director of In Full Color.

This is part of In Full Color's educational mission to help marginalized BIPOC and others become their best selves. Measures 7.5x7.5"
