Quarantine Cuties: A musical workout with Daniela Rincon

Last week, In Full Color debuted its new skillshare and chat series, Quarantine Cuties!

The weekly IG Live show features women artists, entrepreneurs and hustlers sharing knowledge and skills. Each episode gives viewers a chance to support these women through #COVID19 or raise money for causes they support.

On April 23, we kicked things off with IFC alumna Daniela Rincon, whom fans will recognize from In Full Color 2019!

Daniela is a Mexican born and raised actress, self-appointed poet and coffee enthusiast better known to her pets and neighbors as the woman who often recites Hamilton from beginning to end. She studied to be an actress but was born to be an emotional mess. Yet, she tries. Her professional experience touches all corners of the realm, from dubbing baby voices, to making YouTube videos, to getting the role of her lifetime (Paraíso, 2014). She sings in the shower, she runs races and she will conquer the world. Just you wait! @ladanielarincon

As a fitness enthusiast, Daniela shared a musical workout! To work out at home, Daniela injects some fun into her exercises by dancing along to some of her favorite songs. For each tune, she assigns an exercise move for the verses, and has a dance break for the choruses! You can go at your own pace and even do i

Here's the 15-minute plan she used for #QTQTS

Song 2: "Suerte (Whenever, Wherever)" by Shakira (3:14)

Daniela's episode was also a fundraiser for PPE, or personal protection equipment that helps healthcare workers on the frontlines battling COVID-19. She shared her brother's stories as a doctor in Mexico City fighting the ferocious virus, and made an impassioned plea to viewers to donate.

If you missed the chance to donate, it's not too late! Make a contribution here.

Tune in for the next Quarantine Cuties on Thursday, April 30 at 7 pm EST on IG Live on @infullcolorus_
