In-person events are slowly returning to N.J.
While In Full Color is still generally only accepting virtual bookings, we are slowly beginning to roll out in-person events in the NY/NJ area while taking social distancing and sanitation precautions.
On Tuesday, Sept. 29, IFC three-time alumna Liliane Wolf will be performing for students as part of the TRUE Mentors program in Hoboken, N.J. and their celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The youth will also get to write about their own identity in interactive workshop "Here I Am," led by our founder and director Summer Dawn Reyes.
If you're a Hudson County parent, register your child for the event today! Slots are limited. You must enroll your child in the TRUE Mentors program if they are not already signed up -- just fill out this form and contact information@truementors.org.
The Paterson Poetry Festival is back Oct. 3 and 4! In Full Color will be there on Sunday, Oct. 4 with live performances by IFC board member and alumna RescuePoetix and founder/director Summer Dawn Reyes as well as our workshop "Poetry as Activism" from 2 pm to 4 pm.
We'll also be vending all Sunday, slinging copies of our "in her words" poetry zines, the First Five Years Anthology and our bestselling coloring book Girls Who Colored Outside the Lines. We'll also have enamel pins, tanks, stickers and more fun swag.
Interested in booking In Full Color for a virtual or in-person event? We are available for a variety of performances and workshops that are a perfect blend of entertaining and educational.
